Anyone know any good recipes with coconut milk? I opened a can for delicious curry and while it keeps pretty well, I don't want to forget about it in my fridge forever.
Parents ran off to Cuba, so that means I have freedom to cook whatever I want! No more dry, plain pork chops and boring salad with a just oil and just vinegar dressing! Made really good Chicken Curry last night, and tonight is probably going to be pork tenderloin with ... something. Probably a white wine pan sauce and greens.
