Idk where else to ask this, but someone on my FList might know something about Copyright and graphic design.
(And it's also something to do with Princess!)
A few of you know that I was doing some graphic design for Princess (Logo, cover for an album) and since he was a friend at the time I didn't put too much thought into drawing up a contract. He drew up the logo, and I've put it into vector form and done some changes to him. Some of the changes under his supervision, some on my own accord. Now that I don't really see him as a friend, I'd like to know where I stand. He's likely to rip me off, and I want to get paid for the work I've done for him.
Who owns the copyright? What sort of thing would be reasonable to ask for compensation?
