The jury is in!

So the verdict is...dum dum dum:

find a non-korean boy!

hahah just kidding. at least not one from the coasts. :P

thanks for all the input...i guess that was sort of the tipping point of many frustrations I've had about various people these days. Which, if you've been following my protected posts, you're well aware of.

I think these people and these situations frustrate me a lot more than I realize. I was chitchattin with cathyu the other day:

jyu: sorry, i had to vent
jyu: and i knew u'd understand
Cat: the thing is you treat others the way you want to be treated
Cat: and if nobody else sees that, at least you know God does

This, of course, made me get all teary. Like, real tears. Ok fine, I'm an emotional person, but I was even surprised at myself. So I guess I'm inwardly a lot more frustrated about it than I realize. I have very few people around here to vent to so...you guys get the brunt of it. HAHA...sorry kiddos.

Caro tells me that's how I am with guys too. That I'm the caretaker and the protector, etc. so I want that in return. Though I'm always disappointed because I rarely (if ever) get that kind of treatment.

(that last post went protected, lest any of them should find it and go all apeshiz on me)

I miss you guys...

On a completely unrelated note, since I'm supposed to be studying Family Law:

WHY on earth would a woman believe a man who says "I'll support you for the rest of your life." Or even worse yet, "Move to the state where I am, I'll divorce my wife and support you for the rest of your life."

uhhhhh...my main issues with that scenario:

1) the need to rely on someone else for financial support my whole life. No thank you.
2) do you want a man who's going to divorce his wife for you? I mean, really.
3) WHY would you believe him when he says that? I mean, WHY? Do you have a brain?! If he's divorcing his current wife for you, WHAT is stopping him from divorcing you at the drop of a hat and promising some other woman he's gonna support HER for the rest of her life?

*shakes head*
*this is SUCH a common thread in the cases I'm studying...

*EDIT*

P.S. i realized that ppl who don't have LJ and commented on my last post can't see my responses anymore cuz i protected it. HAHA...sorry. here you go:
