post-bar + travels...
Things have been C-R-A-Z-Y since the bar...Thanks for all the support, prayers and encouragement! Even if I did fail, at least I felt super loved by all my buddies!

So anyways, lots of fun festivities and pictures to post since the end of July. BUT...you will all have to sit in suspense until October b/c that is likely the next time I will have a chance to post all the pics. heheh...We were too dead tired to do anything that night so punky Wu-ster and I had a Law & Order marathon til 2 am in Albany and then I flew back to Philly. Since then, I've...
- tried restaurants in Philly I had never been to (with Wu-ster and her bro)
- moved out of the grossness that is Sansom
- spent a week in NYC looking for an apt and playing (I found an apt, btw. yay!) with friends - Cat came in town for her birthday! YAY! AND I WENT TO THE ERASURE CONCERT!!!!!!!!!! Ok, by FAR the most fun I've had in AGES. Maybe EVER. I LOVE THEM! SO FUN! [end rant]
- spent 4 days in Houston, TX doing ABSOLUTELY nothing. And by that I mean, michelin and I lounged around, shopped, ran all my million errands (Thanks dude!) to get ready for my new apt in NY and all my travels, I spent time at Cat's office, lounged around some more, ate up a storm (I think I gained all my weight back. dangit.) and...worked out. That was it. I saw nobody but Cat, Eddie, Michelle and Aaron. hahah...good times.
- spent the last 4 days in Longview, TX with my parents, sister, bro-in-law and nephew Aiden for his FIRST BIRTHDAY! We did all the traditional Korean stuff - what a cutie! pics and videos forthcoming...
Tomorrow, I am back to NY for a few hours to sign my lease and then run back to Newark to catch a 5:15 pm flight to Cairo! (What a pain in my butt, but at least I have an apt now!) My schedule over the next 2 months looks something like this:
8/16-8/26 Egypt (Cairo, Aswan, Edfu, etc.)
8/27-9/4 Seoul, S. Korea
9/4-9/10 Beijing, China
9/10-9/16 Shanghai, China
9/16-10/5 Seoul, S. Korea
Lemme know if you're around any of those countries and we can play!!
Then it's back to NYC to move into my new apt 10/8 (how excited am I to finally have my own place - and not in Sansom. ick.) celebrate the 26th bday, hang out with the rents when they come in town 10/20-10/27 and then start work 10/31. Which then effectively...ends my life and any playtime. Ever.
But for now...I'm off! Hooray! Feels so nice to be free...sort of semi-free.
