I've gone from
UBER-BLAH... to
Good times I really don't have bi-polar - it's over the span of a week or so! Change in environment, people, situations, etc. I am better. Trying to be more positive and more optimistic. No details of why I was so blah last weekend because I've spent the last few days trying to forget and move on. Can't change the past and there's no use worrying about it.
