Hit and run
Quick update, as I'm getting clobbered at work:
Weekend: great, actually. Made snowman with kids and romped about; got to game Sunday; got Sunday night alone with wifey-wife-wife; finally saw The Hangover Saturday night and it pretty much lived up to the hype. I loved the way the plot was constructed.
Gaming: Planned for an extra session Sunday in hopes that Thursday + Sunday would equal my monk making level. Instead I played my dwarf cleric twice and not only did she make second but she's on the cusp of 3rd. Good times both days, although Sunday was marred by two kids who played a pair of halfling rangers and used THE SAME CHARACTER - and the character sucked. Sorry, 1st level rangers are lame. They were mostly useless. But little Thurg is a healing machine and we pulled through a tough couple of fights. Stupid swarms. man, am I loving gaming again.
Okay, back to the grind. Just nutso here and my father is home babysitting the kids with my mom. Stupid sorta-holiday.
