Good weekend. Lots of quality time with the kids, a party with good friends, and terrific time spent with my wife working around children and illness. Holy hell we're a good match.
Looking forward to our mini gaming gathering this weekend. Inspectres is all ready to go but I'm mostly excited about hanging out with the very coolest of people.
Store D&D continues to be fun. Last week we had another everyone-almost-dead fight but we pulled through. My paladin ended up 40 points from level. Argh. I'm starting to understand the system more and more. I always liked playing well-rounded characters who could do a little of everything, but in 4e that's really not a great idea, at least for these LFR games. Would still love to find a home game. Ah well.
