where does it lead?
since my insomnia made a whopping return and has been keeping me up as of late, I've been watching a ton of movies. The thing that they all have in common?
they all make me cry.
the last one that made me cry was what I just finished watching: Penelope.
I never cried at that movie. but it was something about the look in James McAvoy's eyes, and the way that he held her head when he pulled her and kissed her. It just broke me down.
not like, wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, tears, no no no. but just when your eyes well up and you can't help but squish your eyebrows together and make that sad lip upturn that you know you do when you get all broken hearted inside.
yeah, I know, I am finally admitting that I am a romantic. took me 20 years, but I'll say it. I love love.
ugh, now I am all grossed out by myself for saying that.
but seriously, I just want someone to look at me the way that he looked at her. i think that's what got to me more than anything. It's been a long time since I've felt that thing you feel when someone's eyes are just staring through you. the chills and sweats that you get simultaneously, I LOVE that.
