Gray's Ferry carries some odd traffic
So, I went down to the FedEx station awhile ago to take care of some
paperwork. When I came out I gazed upon the sea of cars, FedEx trucks, and
semis rolling along Gray's Ferry, and among the vehicles I spotted a couple
of people trotting along on horseback.
I was half a block away when my brain finally parsed what I had seen.
People. On horseback. On Gray's Ferry. Uh... is this normal?
