Meiner Liebe(n)

I was reading this German book, and I realized that the dedication was to "Meiner Liebe(n) Dani". So I thought about it for a while (okay, 1 minute), and decided that it's supposed to mean both "My Love, Dani" (Meiner Liebe Dani) and "My beloved Dani" (Meiner lieben Dani). As someone who's studying German as a foreign language, this realization thrilled me immensely. Although I imagine that the native speakers probably all roll their eyes at this =p But.. it's so cool! Also, an example of how case endings (and capitalizing all your nouns?) can be useful. Haha. Good to know, for people like me who don't quite see why we have to spend so much energy worrying about all these endings.
