heart matters
Well, I picked up my heart monitor today. It was an easy appointment, very quick.
I have one lead on my upper right chest, another lead under my left breast and a monitor hanging around my neck. It isn't too easy to hide the monitor. I tried putting it into my bra, it sort of left a weird bump. I can put it on the upper side of my breast but the blue silky string it hangs on then crosses weirdly across my chest. I am sure sometime in the next 30 days I'll figure out an easier way to wear it comfortably.
I have already had to push the record button once. I had a longish dizzy spell this afternoon. I have noticed that I am very sleepy after an "episode".
I can hold up to 5 recordings on the monitor and then I call into the monitor place and send the recordings over the phone to them, reset it and keep going. When it records it is a beeping sound of my heart rhythem. I don't think they will end up finding anything but I guess it is good to rule it out.
My mom wants a photo of what it looks like so I may post one if I can find a cute bra to wear for it LOL.
