Obligatory Post
I feel obliged to post: there have been many, many starts of posts forming in my head for the past couple weeks.
However, I don't particularly feel like writing any of them down at this particular moment. :)
Instead here's a very nerdy statement: I realized the other day I've fallen in love with functional programming. Even with the assorted hoops Java makes you jump through to approximate it, I find myself thinking more and more in terms of mapping, folding, callbacks, and immutable objects. Here's hoping Java 1.7 adds closures!
