Crazy times
Lately things have seemed really crazy and out there. My grand parents are pseudo moved into assisted living, but my grandma fell and had to go to the hospital and then was too weak to go back to assisted living and had to be put in a nursing home. Suffice it to say my extended family is having a rough time because my grandparents are not transitioning well.
The other big thing is that a job I had been waiting to hear about for several months finally let me know I didn't get it. Its not in a bad way, and I don't feel bad at all. I feel quite relieved just to know and so far this week has been rather nice. I might take another shot at the position if something opens up before too long.
The only other thing worth note is that my hours at work have been cut a bit and currently I'm only working part time type hours. I'm not as freaked about this because with a little bit of budgeting and fruggleness I can get by till my car gets paid off in June when it won't matter if I've got part time hours or not.
