So, for the time being we are without internet. Charter has been disconnected and we have AT&T U-Verse scheduled to be installed on the 13th. Until then, we're logging on every other day or so thru various wifi outlets. Starbucks a couple days ago, and tonight is McDonald's. I find myself curious if Arby's provides free wifi?
I had some ideas of [gaming] things to keep my occupied while I am without Live. I was going to catch up on DLC I'd been sitting on for forever. I still need to finish various single player offerings for Bioshock 2, Fallout New Vegas, and Red Dead Redemption. I'm fairly sure there are others as well. But to access the DLC I need the title updates for each game. And, uh, I can't get those. So nix that idea.
So until the world of Xbox Live returns, I find myself once more venturing in to the snowy lands of Skyrim. Just broke 92 hours played on my first character. With Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3 having taken up my online time for a while now I took a break from Skyrim for nearly a month, so thankfully I find my time with it now fun and refreshing. Though I do miss the killing fields of the Gulf of Oman.
Well, not much else to report so I guess I'll close this one up.
