I think we more or less got lucky with our choice of diapers from the first. We'd gotten a few different kinds of diapers at our shower and we used those but Huggies seemed to work best. I wonder if it's a boy/girl difference? Even so we were not exempt from the occasional poop mishap.
I looked this morning to see if I ever posted this and don't think I did....so here goes....
When Owen was almost a month old we took him with us to get our taxes done. We were only there a few minutes when I smelled *something*...and it wasn't good. I immediately took Owen to a place where I could change him but it was already too late. The poop had climbed up his back faster than a mud-slide sheers down a mountain!! It was already up to his neck and still climbing. I must've used 15 wipes trying to clean everything up--it was disgusting! In the end I got him cleaned up and into new clothes and all was well again. Don't think we ever had another incident like that one, but one was enough!!
I'm sure we all go through something like that at one time or another.
