My grandpa died today. He made promises that he wasn't able to keep and I wasn't able to let him see. I couldn't help it. It was more then a year and half way. From now on its for him. I am going to get an awesome GPA and graduate early like he wanted. I miss him already and his annoying habit of repeating every story he ever told. Why do I

Squeeeeee! I'm SO happy for you guys! When did he come home ? Is he home for good now? Oh that is SUCH great news! You guys are/will continue to be in my prayers and thoughts & the angels will never leave you. Yaaaay! Consider both of you ((hugged)) even though we don't know each other. :)
I am SO sorry about your Grandpa - I will continue to keep you in my heart - and I KNOW he is still w/you all and now you have another guardian angel by your side...and this one knows you well.
I've been good - thanks for asking. After fighting Post Partum Depression for over a year - and doing EVERYTHING I could do holistically, I finally gave in and tried a new anti-depressant. Sorry if it's TMI - it's just the BEST thing that I've done for myself and my family in AGES! I felt better in 24 hrs and still going well. Feeling very blessed and my oldest is getting ready to start pre-school soon. While my youngest just took her first steps on her own. Hubman got a new job after 30+_ days w/out one - so it's been a crazy/busy/interesting time. You were on my mind all thru Labor Day weekend too. My oldest just Ooooos and Ahhhhhhs now at The Flag - I'm so proud of her. Sorry to be so rambly here - stop by any time. Enjoy Garrett (love his name btw) and tell him how much I appreciate what he is doing for me and my children - for our world AND that I'm so sorry he has to do it in the first place....but his service IS appreciated more than he will ever know.

He came home last monday at around 2pm. Labor Day I believe it was the 4th. Yea that was Labor Day...lol. He was supposed to come home on that saturday then it was sunday then finally monday. You know how the military can never make up there mind. it was so hard though cause reservations had to be changed...lol. He will be home for a year and then deploys again to Afghanistan. At least those are the temp plans. Sucks but I still get him for now..lol. Thanks for the hugs they are always appreciated. I am glad you got that PPD taking care of. I haven't had children so I dont really know much about it. I am just happy that you are happy. That is good to hear about your oldest and the flag. It is good to respect it. Many don't and it hurts to see those people. Garrett says your welcome for going over there he was just doing his job. Hes happy hes home and alive. Now our next mission is to get him a tahoe...lol. Should be interesting. Yea when we have kids he wants them named after him ....I laughed and said I carry it for 9 months I have more naming rights then you...your sol on that one...but you would love his eyes more....there hazel..:)

I bet you two make a stunning couple. "Garrett" was on our 'boy name list' when expecting both times....I still have good vibes w/that name. He may be "Just doing his job" but honestly, it's a job that I couldn't do I don't think...and one that I respect very much. I appreciate it sincerely.
I'm so glad you have so much time together too! Wheeeeeee! Have fun- make memories and soak up every single second!
Thanks for your kind words too - I am much happier - feel like myself again. I was NOT going to let that wacko Tom Cruise silence me on sharing my experience either - that's why I share. I was a HUGE skeptic and now feel VERY differently....I don't want anyone to suffer like I did. Depression too can manifest so differently for everyone - it's been a real education.
Have a wonderful time together - I bet his eyes are gorgeous and I bet they light up when he sees you! Keep me posted - I'll keep the prayers and thoughts going too!

I wouldn't be able to do his job either. In fact I make such fun of him. He complains every morning when he has to get up early for PT. That is a lovely 530am wakeup. Well he has 6 more years of it since he just reuped. Now it is our career. I say our because I have to deal with it also just not on the same level...lol. I think Tom Cruise is a wack job also. He is not a female and doesn't know the pain that we go through. Sometimes people need to keep there trap shut about stuff that they don't understand! His eyes light up everytime he sees me :) But mine do the same for him. It is so weird that we have been able to go through everything we have been through together and still share the same love. I guess that is how love is.
