A picnic in the park
We are taking the boys to the park tonight after Eric gets home from work. It's supposed to be another beautiful day and we don't intend to waste it! They don't know we are going, so it should make for a fun surprise! We're taking the dog too. We'll spend the evening playing baseball, frisbee, running around in the grass and playing on the structures. Then we'll spread out a nice big blanket and chow down! I am so excited. haha, guess it doesn't take much to get me that way these days.
I am thinking for our picnic dinner we will have sandwiches, salad, cheese and crackers, tomatoes, and hard boiled eggs. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert, and a juice pouch to wash it all down. Maybe I'll make some lemonade too.
