I might as well
I might as well start keeping a journal. Seems I have tons of time to read other peoples LJ's but always find an excuse or three to not start my own. So here's a pledge for 2004, I'll try to post more often.
Right now I'm procrastinating writing my article from the meeting I attended last night. Another municipal govt reorganization meeting. Too much excitement for any one man to handle. Did get to goof on our new councilman, and his tie. It was brown plaid, about seven inches wide, very 1983. And he had no clue how to tie it, said he hadn't put one on in 12 years. Yes I live in hicksville, NJ. His wife tied it. She doesn't know how to either, as the knot was as big as my fist, and his tie fell short of his pants by a foot.
Then again, I'm no one to talk in my polo shirt and vans in 20 degree weather.
Ohhh, and on the recovery from Miss Kelly project, it's not working. I still love her, and miss her with my every breathe. LOVE STINKS!
