I had to fire someone yesterday. They were a temp, so I was able to get the temp agency to do it, but it still sucked. Still, she just made too many mistakes while dealing with the firm's money.

On Monday I have to actually sit down with a salaried employee and let her go, face-to-face. Its justified and documented, but I still hate that I have to do this. It makes me feel just terrible.

Yuck!!
