Veterans' Day is here, and that means we honor the labors of those who serve in our armed forces. My father, uncles, grandfathers, and their friends, who fought in the wars before I was born. My own friends and family, who currently serve or who have served. Thanks. Perhaps eventually people will stop being assholes and we can confine our armed conflicts to video games. Wouldn't that be nice?
While everyone's honoring the sacrifices of our veterans -- which is a fine and important thing, if secondary in my mind to *doing right by them* -- I figured I'd show my favorite clip from the old Carol Burnett show.
