What Czech litterati learn about the Hugo Awards Puppygate

Brief explanatory preface: H7O.cz is a post-a-day website (not quite a blog, I suppose) founded in October 2014 by Host, a leading Czech literary monthly.

Martin Šust is a „foreign rights editor“ for several Czech publishers of English-language SF. On Wednesday 26 August, he answered for them several questions on the Puppygate. He had mentioned the topic in earlier articles; especially, for the June issue of the Czech SF monthly XB-1 he commissioned a pair of articles on the topic by Jason Sanford (who has a regular column in XB-1) and Brad R. Torgensen. However as far as I was able to find, this is the first mention of the Puppygate in the Czech non-SF media. You can check the contents in Google Translate, quite usable these days; below I will (in a few days) provide a version edited for grammar intelligibility, aiming for maximum literalness.
