Oh Boomer, you juvenile delinquent you. I love how you characterize him. He's not too innocent to be a rowdyruff boy but he's not too tough either. You show it so perfectly too, with him saying that he doesn't really care about the animals (I think you nail Bubbles' response too, she's just accepted that he's not going to care and tries to gloss over it) and being just teasingly curious enough about her to make him daring without overbearing and i'm rambling again this is usually a good sign. :) You know what he is? He's sweet deep down and rough around the edges. It's wonderful. I love him. Boomer, you scamp, get over here.

I love that Brick can be deliciously evil even as a conversational prop. :D

I would like to say here that you do a grown-up Bubbles very well. I get the sense that she's kind of acclimated to the world and isn't so naive anymore, but she's still so concerned about everything and so mild-mannered.
You win everything.
You realize, of course, that this means you're going to have to keep writing PPG.

I have to admit that, even though it's been sooooo long since I even written PPG fanfic, it has NOT been so long since I've thought about it. And five years of thinking about it finally got an outlet. So... yay me, I did good?
