Everyone has been ignoring baby lj, myself included. I figured if I'm procrastinating, why not go all the way?
Today I did brunch and Target with Alexa which is becoming sunday tradition. I bought some very exciting things at Target. A long, soft, pink, hello kitty pillow which is perfect for my homework position: on bed, facing opposite wall, crossed legs, lap top. I also bought a sleeping hello kitty stuffed animal AND a brand new pink hello kitty trash can because I had an accident with my old one. (don't wanna talk about it). What else what else... oh. The new Bayside album which is cool, I'm all for creepy circus instrumentals. Best of all I got The Cosby Show Season 2 DVD which I'm going to fall asleep to from now on.
I had a very rough week. I got in a car accident on Tuesday, along with other mishaps. It was just a bad day in general. Then I was sick in bed on Wednesday and Thursday. I thought I had lost my planner as well as my Coachella tickets which were inside my planner due to Tuesday incidents but luckily I found them today. Sometimes all you need for your luck to change is Circa Survive. Seriously, my luck changed with the Circa Survive show last night. Though I knew I had only one ticket, I dragged Alexa to the sold out show. I told her we'd find a ticket somehow. We waited around for about 10-20 minutes and as we were about to sell our ticket a guy came up to us asking if we needed tickets and just GAVE us two for free. Honestly, who does that happen to? I'm a cocky shit going to a sold out show with one ticket thinking we'd somehow get a free one, and we do! Sometimes I love life.
I'm going through a pop-punk/emo music phase right now. First I went through a punk-rock phase after The Horrors show Monday (which was super great by the way) and now all day I've been listening to old school pop-punk and emo. I honestly am listening to FFTL right now. true story.
For my American Cultures class I'm observing people at concerts for my feild study which is pretty interesting. Though, I kind of have to get on that since the project is due in a week. I have three papers due within the next two weeks. Have I started any yet? nooope. I have such a hard time truely caring about school. I want to be a writer. Writers write about their experiences. How can I truely be experiencing if I'm sitting in a class room all day? I'm not.
