It's a good start. My initial reaction on the Commercial Demo is that most pieces sound like imitations rather than you being yourself and just talking. Like the sophisticated Mercury piece, the DJ and the Titanic narrator. Your Commercial Demo should give people a sense of your personality. Quite frankly, my favorite was the Sudafed piece. When it started I was like "Holy Crap! That actually sounds honest and truthful!".
I'd recommend putting that first. It's definitely your strongest piece. Also, cut the "This is Justin Daube, thanks for listening". A lot of people tend to do it (Hell, I even did it in my first Demo), but it's actually not as professional as we seem to think. The DJ piece would work better as an ending as well.
Wow... I've been around Crispin and Dino for too long... my advice is starting to sound exactly like theirs. >_<;;;

If need be I could help you edit it, but given they have the original files, it'll sound a lot better if they do it.
