"Hey, don't lie on my behalf," Sookie assured her. "It's not like I actually made you come. I know this place is probably super-boring to y'all."

"I will admit compared to Bon Temps this place is a metropolis," Pam said. Look at that, being nice. "And you seem to be content, despite the fact that boy you're with is insufferable."

"He isn't -- okay, he is," Sookie admitted. "I just find it cute. And he does go out of his way to annoy you, I think. Bobby thinks you're 'no fun,' if that makes you feel better."
