(Part 1 is here.)

This will be edited into coherency later. It's Stupid o' Clock right now, and I don't have these notes so very well organized atm. :|

Best estimate, based on observation.

In canon, he can effectively cast agi-based skills endlessly, for free. While he has a tank of only 150 MP, the only skill he has that uses it is Void Ice (and to have Void Ice, he has to have the first Ice mantra, Ice Spirit, which would grant him Bufu as well, logically. Hmm....) Skewer and FireStorm are equivalent in effect to Agi and Maragi, as far as I can see, which suggests that he should also have Void Fire and Fire Boost (as that's what the first two Fire mantras, Fire Spirit and Fire Demon, grant)

He shields against the HP and MP Thief skills, and takes no poisonings from poison-inflicting skills (like Venom Claw and Raving Slash) and similarly takes no status effects from any status-effecting/Nerve-type attacks (Sakura Rage, Comatose, Stun Sphere, Dream Haze, etc) and thus is completely immune to all status effects, aside from Frozen (Bufu skills can indeed ice him) and Stunned (mantra skills can't do this to him, but Charge Shot ammo can stun/shock him. Thank you Serph and your pistol with weird bullets....)

He also shields against all Agi, Hama, and Mudo skills (Fire, Light/Holy/Expel, and Dark/Unholy/Death skills, respectively) but, oddly enough, not against the Megido (Almighty) skills. He's also confirmedly weak against Bufu (Ice) skills.

Fun to note, even though you face him when your team is at about level 5 or so, a time at which your team members only have four skill slots, using Analyze (to peek at his stats, sort of) reveals that he has eight skill slots (though it doesn't reveal his skills, and I can only confirm three of them with 100% certainty -- Void Ice, Skewer, and FireStorm) which is something that your characters don't gain until much later (being level 10 grants them six skill slots.) This raises some serious questions in my mind as to what level Harley really is.

You can say what you want about artificially-difficult boss fights... the point remains that it still took three of them to take him down, and his skill set points to him being probably at least ten levels or so higher than the Embryon's level (not to mention, his HP is 560, or 600. I counted 560; someone else reported 600 (I think I'll be investigating this more later.) at a time when your chars' HP is only about 80ish.)

His Magic and Strength stats must actually be quite low, though, if he's that high a level, since his physical attack (normal "Attack") only does about 12-14 damage on any of the Embryon, while his Skewer and FireStorm only do roughly about 16 and 23 damage on average, respectively, on Argilla and Serph. (Heat is a special case; he's resistant to Fire, which means Harley's fire attacks are roughly halved in effectiveness against him. And Serph should be getting hit for more, since fire is his weakness, but when I did these measurements, it was off the Fire Drain's report of how much it healed them for, and for whatever reason, it doesn't take weaknesses into account, only resistances.) This is roughly the equivalent of the kinds of damage Serph was doing to other enemies, at lower levels, with his starting Strength and Magic stats of only 3. (Does Harley really only have a stat of 1 for those, or something? 0_o) Assuming he is a much higher level than the Embryon chars, having a Magic stat of only 1 or so would account for his MP tank of 150, and Vitality (HP) is a separate stat from Strength, so at least that's explained too. It's as though he neglected his Strength and Magic stats entirely, and poured everything into Vitality.

To sum up Hayagriva from DDS1:
600 HP, 150 MP.
Immune to: Fire, Expel, Death, Status effects
Weak to: Ice
Has Void Ice (shield)
and can cast Agi and Maragi equivalents for FREE. (Pony is a freaking cheater.)

Yes, he's a very fail pony, but I wish I could've had him join the Embryon and fight on my team. :(

....I'll write up my own thing for how his stats should look, with the way I play him, later. You know... adjusted for common sense and stuff. Because WTF, pony? Just... WTF.

ooc, munning
