I stopped watching after Robert Sheehan left(End Series 2?) For me the dynamic just wasn't there anymore. Part of the draw, for me, was his and Iwan's interactions with each other(Barry anyone?) With Being Human they seem to have transitioned well though. Not to mention Damian and Michael have great interactions. I could watch those two all day long.
I thought series three was quite weak but I don't think it was because of Nathan not being there (although I did miss him), I don't the quality of the writing was quite as good as it was. I did think that Rudy (the new one) and Curtis had some good interactions towards the end of the series though so hopefully that'll carry on in series four. And the new characters they'll probably introduce might be as good as Hal!
It was just one of those shows that dropped off my watch list(I did pick up H50 though so that was a good trade right??):) Maybe I'll go back and watch S3 if I get a chance, but it's not a high priority. There's just so many shows to watch that I need to catch up with. Not to mention the movies I haven't seen.
Definitely a good trade. Lol! Quite a few shows have dropped off my watch list over the years, mainly because they moved channels and I didn't have that channel at the time.
:( I was already thinking of not watching the next series since Barry Simon was my favourite character and I'm a bit gutted he's gone. This news doesn't help, Curtis was always a bit of a non-character and I didn't warm to Rudy.
It's definitely gonna be different without Simon - him and Nathan were my favourites - but I'm willing to give it a watch and I think new characters could end up being a good thing.
Curtis has always been a bit boring maybe being the only original left will mean he'll actually be given something interesting.
