We'll survive, but first let's kick some ass!
I just ordered myself this using some of my Christmas money/X Factor bet winnings. It's a Steve-and-Danny-mobile! Pretty cool, huh? I've been thinking about getting it for a while but hadn't because it's actually not quite right - the one in the show is apparently an RS and has a sunroof where as this is an SS and doesn't have a sunroof but they don't do one exactly the same and this is close enough. I think it'll look pretty cool on my shelf with my '67 Impala, DeLorean and Bumblebee style Camaro.
I'm looking forward to it getting here.
Speaking of "Hawaii Five-0", I really bloody miss that show! It's only been off for a couple of weeks but it seems like longer. Actually I miss all of my shows. The hiatus sucks!
Speaking of shows, another one finished for me last night with the double bill finale of "Terra Nova" which as usual was okay. It was definitely interesting that they were taking things back to the future (hehe) and I didn't expect there to be that part of a ship in that container. I wonder what that was all about? I kinda hope there's a season two so we can find out what the badlands is, what's there and why it was important enough for those people to up sticks and go straight there.
The stuff between Taylor and Lucas was pretty good. I thought it was interesting that Taylor had to choose between his wife and son. Was that really what everything was all about? Surely Lucas couldn't have blamed him for having to make the worst decision anyone could have. I wonder if there's more going on there? Shame that woman had to die, she was kind of a badass. I thought the scene between Zoe and Taylor after that was really sweet though.
With a few things left up in the air it'll be a shame if there isn't a season two even though, for me, this season just didn't reach it's potential.
In other news: Mum and I hit the sales today - I bought a really nice jumper in H&M (it wasn't in the sale but I really liked it and didn't think it was bad for £14.99 - it's this one in pink, btw.) but other than that there didn't seem to be much out there.
