It's not Christmas without Chewbacca

Last nights Christmas "Glee" was interesting. Not entirely sure if I liked it, but I didn't hate it. The black and white stuff was strange (I don't really know what it was referencing so I guess I just didn't get it) but I did like the Kurt and Blaine stuff involved in it, I really liked their duets as their voices go together really well I think. Oh and I loved Blaine's face after Sue called him young Burt Reynolds! Lol!

There was definitely not enough Will but Matthew Morrison directed the episode, didn't he? So that explains that. Rachel annoyed me a lot but she did kinda redeem herself at the end. I think her characters always been that way - a bit self-centered but then realises it later - so it doesn't really bother me anymore.

The songs were pretty good. "Santa Clause is Coming to Town" is a personal favourite - and I loved Artie's response to the slower Christmas songs they chose. They were a bit depressing though.

It didn't make me feel very festive though which was a shame.

In other news: I watched a couple more episodes of the "Charlie's Angels" remake the other night - 1x02 and 1x03 - and it does actually improve. The chemistry is much better and I can actually see some potential. Shame the first episode was so weak so it didn't get chance to try and built on that potential. Guess it shows the importance of a great first episode.

Oh, and some big important "Doctor Who" news (spoilers, I guess although it's all over the news websites). I'm not really surprised as I kinda saw this coming. I wonder what's gonna happen though.

tv: doctor who, tv: charlie's angels, tv: glee
