A good conclusion to last weeks series opener - I don't think it quite reached the heights of last weeks though.
I'm really starting to love River Song - it's taken be a while to realise what others already knew, how awesome she is! She really is totally badass and a really interesting character too. I hope we see her again soon. I loved it when she kissed the Doctor gpodbye and he didn't know what to do about it! That was so adorable and funny but at the same time really bittersweet because she obviously remembered previous kisses.

I loved River and the Doctor together and Alex Kingston and Matt Smith have amazing chemistry! I don't remember their scenes being quite as awesome last series. The scene in the episode when they were rescuing Amy and they started all their flirting was great too.
Amy/Rory was really sweet tonight again - I loved it when she was saying all the stuff about being in love with him and his stupid face and Rory thought she meant the Doctor. Awww. I'm so glad they haven't gone down the companion in love with the Doctor route again. Although I do like the Amy/Doctor stuff too.
I really liked the way they were writing on themselves how many times they'd seen the Silence and then when the Doctor gave them the voice recorder devices. That was a really cool way of doing it. I especially liked how it led to that awesome scene of Amy in that Children's Home.
I have to admit that I hadn't made the connection with all the Silence mentions. I obviously wasn't paying as much attention as I should have been during previous episodes - so I was glad when we got the little flashback when the Doctor remembered all the references. The Silence were very creepy though. One of the best Who monsters.
The little girl is a very interesting character - is she a Time Lord too? And why did she have a picture of Amy in her bedroom? Is Amy her mother? Is Amy actually pregnant even though she said she isn't? So many questions!
Loved Mark Sheppard's Canton. Are we gonna see him again or is that it for his guest appearance. Incidentally, they do need to make a Cantom action figure just so I can buy one.
Oh, and the dude playing President Nixon played Klaus in "Jonathan Creek", didn't he? Totally didn't recognise him.
