Okay, the end of this episode just made me cry. The fight between Sam and Dean was just brutal. Dean face during the final scene was just heartbreaking and when he said "if you walk out of that door, don't ever come back" I just lost it. It just upsets me when those boys fight, they can't not be a team. The conflict really upsets me. I mean, it makes for great TV but I don't like it when they fight.
What the hell has gotten into Sammy?!! He's just not the Sam we know anymore, is he? I really hope the relationship between Sam and Dean can survive this. They've both said some really horrible things to each other. And Sam almost killed him - I really thought he wasn't gonna stop!
Once Sam figures out that Ruby is a total bitch and is totally playing him (just my opinion, of course, I might be totally wrong) he better bloody apologise!
Incidentally, what Dean said - "if you walk out that door, don't ever come back" - isn't that what John Winchester said to Sam back in the day when he left to go to law school? I'm sure I have a vague memory of that. If I'm right that's some great writing.
I actually feel sorry for Sam because deep down he actually does believe he's doing the right thing.
Oh, and what the hell is Cas doing?! Obviously he's following orders and he isn't happy about it at all. What happened in last weeks episode to make him act that way?? I couldn't believe it when it Cas let Sam out. Hopefully we're gonna find out more about his behaviour next week.
Great scenes with Sam in the panic room - having the hallucinations (nice to see young Sam and Mary Winchester back again for a brief moment). Great acting from Jared there. Great acting from him the whole episode actually. He did a good job of the "cold turkey" stuff.
Nice to see Bobby again too - I couldn't believe Sam hit him like that.
"What the hell are you doing?!" seems to have been my reaction to a lot of things in this episode and I can't wait to see how this season ends. I can't believe there's only one episode left now.
It's quite hard commenting on this episode as it's like a small part of a bigger story and I can't wait for the rest of it.
