TV post
It looks like another week has gone past since my previous post. I guess time flies, huh? I have a few shows to comment on as usual although a lot of my shows aren't on at the moment.
Here's what I have watched:
"The Voice UK" - the Knockouts 1 - I actually think this series has improved since the blinds and this episode was pretty good. Ricky made good choices with his final three but I don't know what Paloma was thinking - she got rid of some really good acts and took through three mediocre ones. I was especially disappointed that Deano didn't get through, I think he should have gone through in place of Jordan who I don't actually think is that good. I like what she stands for but I don't think she's a great singer. It's the 2nd part of the Knockouts this weekend but as Ricky has done his already he probably won't be in it this much which is always disappointing.
Speaking of Ricky, I watched "Celebrity Juice Live" last night (Ricky was on it). I really don't like that show and Keith Lemon is so annoying and very offensive (not in a good way), I can't believe he can get away with saying what he does to the women on the show. Ricky looked good though, even though he wasn't really in it that much.
"Quantico" - 1x13 - I thought this episode was quite good and I am interested in seeing where things are gonna go from here now. Everyone is a suspect too and at this point I don't know who to trust. I don't now how this show can go for a season 2 and it has been reviewed.
"Bones" - 11x09 - I love Aubrey. That's all.
"Criminal Minds" - 11x12 - I thought this episode was okay and I enjoyed the scenes between Rossi and Tara. I like it when they show the friendships that have developed between all of the team.
"Blindspot" - 1x13 - I thought this episode was pretty good. I liked the way they were all distrusting each other - and they all had something they were hiding too. Things are picking up a bit now but I think things might end up getting too complicated if they're not careful.
"Lucifer" - 1x08 - I knew Chloe's (ex)husband was up to something. I wonder how she react when she finds out - as she's starting to get close again and is considering giving their marriage another try. I don't think this is gonna end well. I was also glad that Lucifer has found out that his brother (he's his brother, right?) is up to something. I wonder where it's all gonne lead? This show has settled now and I'm enjoying it.
"Supergirl" - 1x16 - I enjoyed this episode and think Melissa Benoist did a pretty good being "bad Kara". I thought the scenes between her and Alex were good as were the ones between her and James, but I was a little disappointed that we didn't get something between her and Winn as I would have liked to hear what she really thinks about him (or has thought about him at some point). The Hank stuff is really interesting too. How will Kara fix this now? And what's gonna happen to Hank now? Incidentally, I really want to ship Alex with Max. They have such good chemistry.
"Limitless" - 1x18 - I thought this episode was interesting. I don't think I fully trust Piper though and I don't really know why. I feel like Brian is trusting in the wrong person and that worries me. I thought his parents were out of order in this episode though - Rebecca is trying to help Brian which is more than they're doing. Why are they blaming her? I'm worried about how things are gonna go now. It just can't end well.
I think that's it for my TV schedule this week (although I've somehow managed to get quite behind on a few of my shows and I just don't feel motivated to catch up). Tomorrow I'm going to see Watford playing Stoke which should be cool.
