So, after the excitement of "Jurassic World" last week yesterday I decided to rewatch the previous three so I did a marathon! Obviously I'd seen "Jurassic Park" lots of times but it was great to see it again. It's 22 years old now (I remember seeing at the cinema when it came out) but you wouldn't know it. It's actually held up really well since then and is still a great movie. Still the best of the franchise.

I hadn't seen "The Lost World: Jurassic Park" in ages and didn't really remember it that well - it's nowhere near as good as the original and is probably the weakest of the bunch. I though "Jurassic Park 3" was quite good though (I remember seeing it in the cinema when it first opened) - a lot better than the 2nd one but not as good as the original, obviously.

I think with all the movies fresh in my mind I'd put them in this order:

1: Jurassic Park (1993)
2: Jurassic World (2015)
3: Jurassic Park 3 (2001)
4: The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997)

Once the latest one comes out on DVD I might watch them all again!

In other news: on Thursday I watched "Perception" - 3x11 - not a bad episode. It seemed so long since it was last on so it was nice to have it back. I also watched "Glee" - 6x04 - this season is really weak. I hope things improve a little bit before it ends for good. It'll be a shame to see it go out with a wimper.

Last night I watched "Humans" - 1x02 - I thought this episode was okay but not as good as the opening episode which was a shame. I'm looking forward to seeing where things go from here but I hope they don't make things too complicated.

tv: humans, movies: general, tv: glee, tv: perception
