I had a pretty full TV schedule again last night - and again I didn't manage to get through them all because I was too tired. I'll try and catch up tonight (if not there's always Sunday)
First up was "Supernatural" - 10x16 - I thought this episode was quite good. Again it was another simple, yet effective, episode and I liked that. I also liked the Dean stuff - and the scene of his confession was really good. Jensen Ackles did a really good job with that.
I'm not enjoying the Crowley and Rowena storyline though. It's just not holding my interest at all right now. I honestly can't see where it might be heading.
Then
Arrow 3x17
I thought this episode was pretty good - I liked the continuation of the "evil Arrow" storyline and the involvement of Ray made it really interesting. I liked that he found out so quickly and easily that Oliver is the Arrow - in fact it seemed a little too easy, didn't it? I liked the show down between him and Oliver too, I think he knows now that Oliver isn't the one responsible for the deaths of those people. I really liked how Oliver was about Roy too, and in particular his relationship with Felicity. I was pleased with that actually because I thought they might go down the jealous Oliver route and I didn't want to see that really. I think deep down he really does want Felicity to be happy even if that does mean she's not with him. I was a little annoyed with Felicity when she commented that he'd like it if something happened to Ray because there was nothing in Oliver actions to suggest that at all.
I did think for a minute that it might be the end of the road for Felicity and Ray, I'm kinda glad it isn't.
I thought the subplot about Diggle, Lyla and the others was pretty good. I was a bit apprehensive actually because the last time they did a Suicide Squad episode I didn't really like it. I thought this worked though, maybe because it wasn't the main focus of the episode.
I wonder where things are gonna go from here? How can the Arrow convince Starling City that he's not responsible for the terrible things that are gonna happen?
I then watched some of "Forever" - but I was suddenly very tired and kept zoning out so I just decided to turn it off and watch the rest another time. I'll probably try and do that tonight.
In other news: tomorrow morning I'm heading to Heathrow for Rogue Events' "Teen Wolf" event Wolfs Bane Origins! As it's in Heathrow I won't be staying over and will be back home in time for "The Voice UK" semi final before heading back on Sunday morning. There's only four (good!) guests at this one so I think it's gonna be a fairly chilled event.
