It's snowing lightly here this morning! I hope we get more and it settles and everything. I love snow!
In TV news: on Thursday night I watched "Stalker" - 1x14 - I thought this episode was quite although I guessed who the stalker was again (I don't know if it's supposed to be a whodunnit type thing but it always seems quite obvious) so wasn't surprised when they discovered it. I liked the scenes between Jack and Beth again - the final scene was quite sweet. It was cool seeing Phoebe Tonkin using her true Australian accent. I've seen her in a couple of things but she's always playing an American.
Then I watched
Arrow 3x11
I thought this episode was quite good again - I liked seeing more fallout of the apparent death of Oliver. It's good seeing how the others are trying to cope without him while still trying to protect Starling City. I like what they're doing with Laurel now - having her as the new Canary is making her more interesting and giving her some good interactions with Diggle and Roy. I can understand why they were so against her being the Canary because she's not trained enough but rather than telling her she shouldn't be doing it anyway why didn't just they just help to train her? Roy's well trained now and he can share what Oliver's taught him and Diggle's good in a fight too. I think they could be a good team together actually and I'm glad they decided to team up at the end of this episode.
I thought the Oliver stuff was quite good again - the flashbacks were quite interesting - but I kinda want him back in Starling City now.
The Ray stuff was quite interesting and I guess now Felicity has decided to help him with his plan to make that suit. I wonder where that's gonna go?
The Thea scenes were quite good too - I knew there was something off about that dude.
Suits 4x11
This show returned with a pretty good episode. I'm a bit disappointed about Louis though - he seems to have turned from a character I felt sympathetic towards to someone who just seems horrible. I guess he's decided that if no-one is gonna treat him with respect then he's not going to either but the way he was with Mike and Rachel especially was very harsh. Rachel's always been a friend to him, hasn't she? She's never really been mean to him (that I can remember). He had a problem with Mike so there was no need to take it out on her.
Now Louis has his name on the wall - which what he wanted all along but does he really want it like this? His name might be there but not because he deserved it. I wonder if he'll grow to regret it?
I thought Jessica was quite good when she added that bit to the contract though so that if Louis ever told anyone about Mike he would be implicating himself. I also liked the scene between Mike and Jessica when he said that it's just as much her fault as his, she could have got rid of him when she originally found out but she didn't. She's just as bad as he is now.
Nice scenes between Mike and Harvey too. Looking forward to seeing where this show goes from here.
Finally for Thursday I watched the last ever episode of "Franklin & Bash" - it was quite a good episode but it didn't feel like a finale even, let alone a last one ever. I'm really gonna miss those guys though :(
Then last night I watched
TVD 6x12
I thought this episode was quite good - the Caroline stuff was quite good but it did kind of annoy me that they've somehow made her mothers illness about Elena and Damon. I hate it when they do that in this show. Not everything needs to be about Elena and this storyline really needed to be Caroline focused (with a side of Stefan because of their relationship at the moment). I was glad Caroline's mother came back but I am wondering how it actually happened - and she's still dying, right? They've just managed to remove the blood that Caroline had fed her and slowed the illness back down to it's usual speed. I'm enjoying the Stefan and Caroline scenes too.
So Luke decided to merge with Kai and failed so Kai is stronger now, right? Is that how it works? I'm not entirely sure what Damon was planning when he let Kai out but whatever it was I don't think it worked.
I also watched "Grimm" - 4x01 - I thought this was quite a good start to the season. I wonder what's gonna happen to Nick, will he get his Grimm powers back? Does he even want them? I guess at least he's got "Trouble" around to help him with the Grimm stuff.
And what are those FBI agents gonna find? If they keep looking into them they'll probably find out about "Trouble" being a Grimm, right? But what will they do with that information?
Oh, and is Renard gonna be okay?
