Thames Path

Yesterday Mum and I headed out to do the last part of the London section of the Thames Path (we'd done all the other London bits) - which was from Teddington to Staines. We left the house at about 9.30am and arrived back just before 10pm! And according to my UP wristband we walked 25 miles which is pretty crazy when you think about it - and from Hampton Court to Staines did seem pretty far to be honest and by the time got to Staines we were pretty tired and ready to go home but we still had to get home from there on public transport - we ended up getting the bus from Staines to Heathrow Airport and then a bus from their to Harrow Weald. It wasn't a bad journey, to be honest, and at least we were sitting down!

We also got to spend little bit of time in Heathrow Airport because it took us a while to navigate our way from terminal 5 to the Central Bus Station. Believe me, it's harder than it sounds!

It was a nice walk though and we got to see some lovely things (pictures are on my instagram as usual)

Surprisingly my feet don't ache this today - I do feel quite tired though so I will try and have an early night tonight.

Now we've done the London parts of the Thames Path we need to think of where else we can walk! I really enjoy going for a nice walk, to be honest. As long as I've got some food and water to keep me going! Oh, and comfortable shoes, of course!

In other news: Rogue Events have announced some more guests for their City of Heroes convention next year. I think I might book in later, it's a really good guest list. I'm still undecided about whether to go to Wolf's Bane 3 or Wolf's Bane Origins. Should I do both, or neither? And there's also the Asylum's to think about! Just too many events!
