So Monday night has suddenly become a really busy TV night for me. First up was the return of "Nikita" - the final season has finally started over there - I thought it was a pretty good opener but I'm a little bit worried that things might be a bit rushed because it has to finish for good in 5 episodes time. I'm quite interested in seeing where things are gonna end.
Then I watched "Being Human USA" - 2x02 - I'm enjoying this show and I'm glad it seems to be developing it's own personality which is good. I still really enjoy the characters. Josh is still adorable. After that it was "Unforgettable" - 2x08 - this season is improving slowly as it's progressing. I'm starting to like the new characters (although I still don't think they're as good as season ones supporting characters) but I'm not sure how I feel about them focusing on the Carrie and Al relationship as much as they seem to be. They do have good chemistry though so I can understand why they would. Didn't Al have a wife (or fiancee) in season one though?
Monday night also features "The 100" - which I watched last night because I was too tired on Monday. It was 1x03 and things do seem to be improving as the season progresses. There's enough to keep me interested and there's definite potential. I hope it continues to improve.
Teen Wolf 4x05
Well, things are definitely getting interesting now. I enjoyed this episode and the new characters seem to be settling in quite well - while not taking anything away from the remaining original characters. I think they're doing a pretty good job of balancing things out.
I liked how they managed to decipher another portion of the list of supernaturals - I thought it was a nice touch it being Aiden's name this time. I wonder who's name will be next? It was also an interesting development having Parrish's name on the list! So, he's a supernatural then? I knew there was gonna be something interesting with him. I wonder what he is and how his storyline might progress as the season goes on. I'm looking forward to more scenes between him and the others. As a character he was interesting to me before and now I'm even more intrigued.
I liked the inclusion of lacrosse again - especially that it played a bit part in the storyline of Garrett and that girl (name?) being the assassins with access to the list. I thought that everyone thinking that Liam was target was pretty good - especially when it turned out to be that visiting guy really. I didn't see that coming actually.
I thought it was good having Lydia and Malia working together and I would like to see some more scenes between them as the season progresses.
I thought the Stiles scenes were really interesting this week - he seems to be taking more than a healthy interest it what they are dealing with right now. Especially during the scenes when he was putting all the information on his little board. That's either bordering on obsessive and quite worrying or just another clue of what Stiles' future career might be. He's definitely a cops son. I also liked that he was worried about the hired assassins even though his name's not even on the list - I guess he's seen enough people die and doesn't want anymore.
And Derek is losing his powers. And what's happening with Chris Argent?
As it's usual with this show there's just so much going on - I'm sure it'll all make sense in time.
