TV catch up
I caught up on a bit of TV last night. First up was "Star-Crossed" - 1x07 - I thought this was quite a good episode. I like the progression of Emery's relationship with Roman (they have amazing chemistry) but I'm worried about what it might mean for her friendship with Grayson, especially now he's seen the two of them together (which I totally thought would happen, btw). I feel sorry for him, especially after he said that Emery was the only one he could trust. I hope he doesn't react really badly.
And where's the storyline with Julia's recovery heading? That looks interesting. Oh, and I think I want to ship her with Eric, I'm not sure where that came from.
This show is officially cancelled now and I can kinda see why but I'm still enjoying it. I hope it ends well.
Then I watched "The Tomorrow People" - 1x19 - I thought this was another interesting episode. I was just starting to like Hilary - and enjoy her scenes with Stephen. And I wanted to trust her dammit! She did seem a bit unsure during that final scene though. Maybe she's beginning to regret whatever she's doing? I wonder where it's all gonna lead though? Is Jedikiah right? Is a good guy really like I've been wanting to believe for ages?
I'm interested in seeing where things might end for this show - also officially cancelled. With a handful episodes left I'm just hoping for a good conclusion.
In other news: my mobile phone appears to have broken. I don't know what happened, it was fine yesterday morning and then by yesterday evening it was, as Mark says, "bricked". I don't know what could have happened to it, it has been being slightly slow for a while though. I have no idea if it can be fixed but Mark said he's gonna try something that I don't really understand. If not I'll have to buy a new phone - which means I'll need to make a decision pretty fast about which one I want to get!
Also, we went to Collectormania 21 today in Milton Keynes - there were no guests there I wanted to see (David Ramsey was there though - he's awesome but I've met him already and wasn't gonna pay to see him again) but it's always good to look at the merch. I bought a few new 10x8's to put on my "things I like" wall: an "Arrow" one, a "Teen Wolf" one and a couple of "24: Live Another Day" ones. I need to rearrange my wall now.
Oh, and on the way home we found a "24: Live Another Day" location! You can imagine out excitement! Unfortunately where it was wasn't somewhere we were allowed to go, but it was still cool though! I've added it to my map of "24" locations!
Before going out this morning I ordered this Team Arrow shirt in the dark green. It had to be done. I can't wait for it to arrive!
