Cheeseburgers!

I watched the 2nd half of the England vs Poland match last night - while it wasn't an amazing performance from England (and up against tougher opposition things might have been completely different) it was a good result and we're on our way to Brazil 2014 baby! I'm excited for next summer.

Before watching that I watched the season (and series) finale of "Do No Harm" - 1x13 I thought it was a good finale and I totally called that Jason was the real alternate and had died when they were children. So putting that chip in would kill Jason. And is, I assume, what happened at the end of this episode. It was a nice twist though and that scene when they showed Jason's grave was killer.. Over all I've really enjoyed this show and think that while it's a shame it didn't get beyond season 1 I think it made for a nice one off season. I enjoyed watching Steven Pasquale and would like to see him in something else soon.

Then I watched Castle 6x04

I enjoyed this episode and really liked Castle helping out his fan and proving that she'd been framed in a very complicated way. I don't know if anyone else would have believed her story - but Castle saw something in her that made him believe her despite all the evidence pointing to her being guilty. I liked that he worked with everyone again. It's nice when the team is together. I also quite like the addition of Sully. I wonder if he'll stay now Beckett is back? Incidentally, I thought it was quite interesting that she wasn't allowed back at first but then found a way related to the case. I guess it's not what you know, it's who you know.

I loved the Ryan and Esposito scenes - I really hope they still do more now Beckett's back. Part of me is kind of disappointed that everything is back how is was as I'd started to really like the change. I'd love to see Ryan and Esposito taking more of a staring role in an upcoming episode. Them running the case and Beckett (and possible Castle) helping them out. I think that would make for a really cool episode.

Like I said previously I hope they keep Sully because I think he's quite fun. Surely it would be a bit unfair to fire him just because Beckett is back? That wouldn't work in the real world, wouldn't it? I quite like him trying to fit into the group and making unfunny jokes. Lol! I'd like to see him integrated into the group now.

Then I was gonna watch "CSI:NY" but my TiVo didn't record it - because it was part of the cross over with Vegas it was recorded before (and I then deleted it. D'oh) and the TiVo box thought I'd already seen it so didn't need to record it again. So, finally I watched "Perception" - 2x07. I knew the doctor was gonna end up being a bad guy as soon as Moretti decided she liked him. Typical, right? I thought it was a pretty good episode anyway and I liked that Daniel was hallucinating his mother to help him confront the guilt he felt for her death. I always enjoy this show (and Eric McCormack's performance, in particular) but I can never really think of of anything to say about it.

In other news: my tattoo has reached the itchy stage! It's quite annoying!
