Yesterday Jo, Dave, Vicky and I went to Welwyn Garden City and Letchworth Garden City to do the Glorious Golden Mile from the movie "The World's End". I was pretty cool even though I don't drink alcohol - fruit juices or lemonades all round! And maybe a pint of tap water. And it was nice to see that some of the pubs (that were pubs) had some movie memorabilia around. One of the small ones seemed really into it with themed drinks and everything!
We couldn't find a mint cornetto anywhere though! I posted some pictures on my facebook page if you're interested -
here. Oh, and while were in Welwyn Garden City I purchased my new winter coat from Topshop. I'd been looking for it for a while but couldn't find my size anywhere! It was quite expensive but I really like it.
In other news: I watched the first two episodes of "Orphan Black" as they aired on BBC3. I thought it was a pretty decent start and while I didn't instantly fall in love with it I did like it and there's enough to keep me interested for at least a few more episodes anyway.
Last night I watched the first episode of "By Any Means" on BBC1 which stars Andrew-Lee Potts, of course. Unfortunately I thought this first episode was pretty disappointing. Andrew was good in it but, for me, wasn't really in it enough. I'll keep watching though as there's not many episodes and maybe it'll improve.
I was gonna watch "Dexter" and "Rookie Blue" last night but I was tired. I will watch them both tonight.
