So I watched the season three finale of "Falling Skies" last night. I can honestly say that I have no idea what the hell has been happening in this show for the whole season. I've spent every single episode thinking "what's going on?!" and feeling like I'd missed something really important. I don't know if I just haven't been paying as much attention as I should have been or if this season has been really disjointed. Either way I'm not sure if I want to come back for next season, maybe I'll watch the first episode and see how that goes?
Then I watched "Perception" - 2x03 - I thought this was a good episode again. I enjoy this show - especially Eric McCormack's performance - and I quite like the introduction of Scott Wolf's Donnie. I think he's fit in pretty well and I quite like the new dynamic. I wonder if they are gonna go down the romantic route with Moretti and Daniel? Especially after Donnie's comments in last night episode. Maybe Daniel is too close to notice or something or maybe Donnie is just stirring? It was also nice to see Nick Chinlund making an appearance and I liked that he wasn't a bad guy for a change.
Last night I also watched this weeks "Do No Harm" -1x09 - which I had to download because Watch (the channel I watch it on) decided to move it from 9pm to midnight without telling anyone, including the TiVo listings so when my series link recorded what I thought was the episode it was actually something completely different. With only five episodes left (there's four now) they decided to move the show due to "a change in viewer demand". I don't know why they couldn't have just left it for four weeks. Anyway, I thought it was a pretty good episode. I liked the fall out from Ian appearing at random times instead of just the nights like usual and I guess Jason quitting his job is what happened at his previous hospital. I have a feeling that he was contemplating killing himself before he saw Oliver's little boy. I wonder what's gonna happen now?
Also, "CSI: NY" was has been moved from 9pm to 10pm so I didn't watch it last night. Will probably watch it tonight - along with the summer finale of "Suits".
Oh, and for my birthday Mark and Nicky got me a dinosaur T-shirt (dinosaurs are cool. Always) and an acceptance letter from Hogwarts! Awesome! I'm totally gonna frame the letter (which came with a list of uniform and reading materials you'll need at Hogwarts and a ticket for the Hogwarts Express).
