With last week's weight loss of 4.9lbs I am at a total of 25.4lbs lost. Which means that I need to lose 4.6lbs to reach my goal of 30lbs. I want to do this by March 26th.
It's completely obtainable:
-1.53lbs per week
-4.6lbs = 5366.67 calories
-I need to burn 1788.89 calories above what I eat each week
-I eat 1580 calories a day
-1788.89/7(days)=255.56 calories
-1835.55 calories burnt each day
Seems almost impossible to fail at.
