My HR rep emailed me today to set up a meeting with the super of the print department! So I have a meeting monday with the both of them. I am super hopeful.
My boss asked me today which positions I had applied for and I told her just about everything. I mentioned that I applied for the graveyard shift and she said "ahhh... You don't want to work graveyard do you?" She kind of hinted that they want to keep me here. So I dunno what to do. All I know is that I am so relieved knowing that I am still going to have a job after the 31st of this month.
Anywho. My paycheck is going to be small tomorrow. I left work early quite a few times.
I found out that waking up before 6am is so much easier for me than after 6am. It's kind of weird but I feel so much better when I wake up at 5:30am even if I didn't get to bed until 11 or so. My day seems to go smoother and faster.
I have been trying to like Dutch brothers. One because they are the only coffee shop on my way to work that is drive through... I know I am lazy, but I hate getting out of my warm car, and half the time I'm listening to my morning radio show and I don't wanna miss it. I have to say, almost every morning my coffee seems to not be right.. I will admit it may be me. I have gotten so used to ordering at SBUX that it just becomes very natural to say "Iced quad grande non fat no whip white choc. mocha." When I order at another coffee shop I seem to always stumble with the words.
Sorry for rambling. I'm pretty bored at work. Although I did find out that I can listen to some old Johnjay and Rich shows through the internet. They make my work day go faster. I was laughing so hard today my co-workers had to ask if I was ok.
I can't wait for tonight! I have been LOVING 30 Rock. Hilarious. Greys has been sucking, and for some reason The Office isn't fully recording.
My tragus piercing is healing pretty fast. I am thinking about getting another soon, probably and Industrial. I need to go to STTP to get a smaller ring, the one I have just looks ridiculously huge.
Anyone up for blasting some christmas music and looking for x-mas lights? I'll drive and provide some trans-siberian orchestra.
I guess it's lunch time.
