1.What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before? Dropped out (not really, but basically) of college, ignored calls from my parents for days on end, cried in Boston Common, operated a marionette, went to Atlanta, GA, got paid for being in a professional company, figured out what I want to do with my life (for serious this time), went to a concert at the Calvin (that was pretty late in 2005, I admit)
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions? No sir I did not.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Can this be "had a baby?" Ryan Sherman's girlfriend gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, who I just met yesterday. Deanna Toney had a boy, also cute as hell.
4. Did anyone close to you die? Yes. My professor died, and it was devastating.
5. What countries did you visit? Fuck you, quiz.
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
7. What date(s) from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Completing a 3-week, 40-show run in Atlanta
9. What was your biggest failure? The entire first half of the year.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? I got pretty sick in November, and twisted my ankle last Thursday.
11. What was the best thing you bought? I don't buy things anymore.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? My mom, for leading me into the early education field.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? Kara Manson's. Sorry, Kara, you made me cry.
14. Where did most of your money go? Into the bank, and to VSAC.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Becoming a puppeteer (in the beginning, it sucks ass now), seeing Noteworthy again!, visiting Kara, the triumphant return of Family Guy.
16. What song will always remind you of 2005? Two Points For Honesty.
17. Compared to this time last year, are you: i. Happier or sadder? Way happier.
ii. Thinner or fatter? pretty much the same.
iii. Richer or poorer? richer, thank god
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? being open with people

20. How did you spend Christmas? With the family. It was nice.
21. What was the most embarrassing thing that happened to you in 2005? Telling all my friends that I was dropping out of school.
22. Did you fall in love in 2005? All over again? No. I was in love before 2005.

24. What was your favorite TV program? Family Guy, The Daily Show, Stella
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? The Syrotiaks (kind of, they're actually nice guys, but I still hate them)
26. What was the best book you read? High Fidelity. That one makes my day every time.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Dangerdoom!!

29. What did you want and not get? Not to be a failure
30. What was your favorite film of this year? Every awesome indie film that came to the Latchis. Broken Flowers, You Me and Everyone We Know, Everything is Illuminated, Thumbsucker, The Manhattan Short Film Fest.
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? On the day I turned 20, I did a puppet show at 10, one at 12, and went back to the hotel. Got calls from the parents and Kara. It kind of sucked ass.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? A smoother ending to my year at Emerson.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005? What are you, gay, quiz?
34. What kept you sane? Kara Manson (though she kept me a little insane, too), Noteworthy, and babies of all shapes and sizes.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Clive Owen. I have a crush on Clive Owen.
36. What political issue stirred you the most? Don't get me started, quiz.
37. Who did you miss? Kara, Noteworthy, Colin

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005: Don't keep things inside. Be open with your problems. Don't procrastinate. And the best weapons for fighting off zombies are: crowbars for bludgeoning, katanas for slicing, M1 carbines for shooting.
