So heres the deal...
Before break started Bryce owed me about $90, but wanted to rent my scooter. I said $50 and he's liable for damages a he said fine. Over break he crashes the scooter. Now instead of sending me the money he owed me he throws a kegger at the house for new years and then goes and buys some concert tickets. I get back and it takes him 3 weeks to finally pay back the money he owed me from before, nevermind the scooter damages. Two weeks after I'm back I get around to getting a repair bill for the scooter, it was $550+what he already owed me. He also said he'd already ordered and payed for some of the parts but when I go to the store he got em from they said he'd only come in once asking if they had em, he never payed or anything like that. Here's where it goes to shit...
The next day I take off while John and Bryce are still home. John then leaves a little later and my scooter's still there. In the hour and a half between John leaving and me returning the scooter gets stolen...in broad daylight...while only Bryce was here...the day after I gave Bryce the bill and said he wouldn't be able to pay. So the next day I go out and put a down payment on a used scooter equal to what Bryce owed me thinking Bryce would actually be a decent human being and pay me back...Now Bryce is saying he doesn't owe me anything since the scooter got stolen and he was only planning on paying for parts (even though he's lied about paying for parts already) even though I told him I was gonna use the money to get a new scooter. Now I've gotta take him to small claims court just to get the money he said he owed me till the scooter conviniently dissappeared.
