If you paid with paypal, do a dispute/chargeback and just put "item was not as described" as the reason. 99% of the time paypal will side with you.

I paid with a creditcard through a link that looked like it was through paypal, but took me to the seller's website. I'm researching now to see exactly how it was handled.
