the longest day
today is my first day back at work in around a month and a half. i've been on calls most of the day and have already booked up half of tomorrow.
on the upside, the financial possibilities are getting more and more interesting. i could be headed pragueward much earlier than i anticipated and possibly never again having to take a job on any terms other than my own.
i'd forgotten how much i like this group. some of the n00bs have really come into their own, or are starting to, and the banter is sharp as ever yet lighter and more fun than i remember it. it may be an irritating and somewhat disfunctional home, but it still feels like home and that's not a bad thing in a job.
