Birthday Celebrations!

I have to say I had a good birthday. I thank Mike heavily for that, and I also thank Eric, Lisa, and Amber for being part of it as well (however large or small their part).
Mike and I went to the Southcenter Olive Garden and had an excellent/classy dinner. Our waitress gave us about $20 worth of food for free as well as introduce us to a new and delicious wine. She gave Mike a free salad (he got one of the few things it doesn't come with), gave both of us about a glass and a half of wine, and then (after finding out it was my birthday) gave me a piece of chocolate mousse cake which Mike and I shared. Good Times. We then went and saw Amber at work since she was right there. I mean... because we love Amber and would have gone to see her no matter how far we had to go to visit her at work... yea... that's the ticket...
Mike and I ended up at his place watching Futurama vol. 3 (Mike's gift for me) and drank some rum, eventually we were joined by Amber (she worked quite late tonight, lame)
Definitely a good birthday.

I also wanted to mention the good time I had on Mike's birthday (on Friday). Eric introduced me to the whiskey sour, which I thoroughly enjoyed and got fairly drunk off of. I had a fun ride home babbling to Lisa. You really know you're drunk when someone (read: Doug) laughs at you from across the room whilst minding your own business (read: drumming on nearby chairs and creating the sound of a lively tune with one's mouth). I enjoyed the evening. Oh yea, then we played Trivial Pursuit 90's edition which I thought was fun until too many rules got involved (that and the yellow category which I wanted to stab in the eye).

I'm done.
Peace out world!
