Hello Friend!
If you look at any of my other posts on here, you won't be shocked to see how little I use this blog - its just used for Yuletide. I have no shame. This letter is pretty much the same as the past four years running, because - surprise! I still pretty much like all the same stuff! Read on, fair author and embrace my whims. THANKS!
It's true - I am a big slacker - lol, well I'm kinda just a super busy person and my great intentions fall by the wayside. I have grandiose plans, and only 24 hours in the day - and a currently 4 month old baby boy. lol. So, sadly I don't really post on my livejournal because most of the time, I feel like I have nothing to say that anyone would want to read. (I hardly even post status updates on fb)
Anywho, I am a huge tv and movie fan. I'm a kids and teen librarian and I love books. I love trivia and gaming (World of Warcraft). Now, you know the innermost me - on to yuletide.
Thank you so much for writing me a story. I am so happy that you've taken the time to do this for me and I appreciate it! I am a big fan of "what happens next". My want of anything fan fiction is to continue a story that I like so much I want more. No matter what happened in the Harry Potter epilogue, I was cool with it, because it gave me an ending. It's like that cute commercial with the adorable little girl who's all like, "What if you want more? But, you can't have more?" lol. I always want more......Always.
1. Enola Holmes - Nancy Springer
I love this whole universe. I love Enola. I love what she puts her brothers through. Give me a funny and clever story that gives Enola justice, a footing with her brothers, and an end. I'd love to see Enola in love as well - guy or girl. If she solved a mystery too, that would be amazing.
2. Forever - TV
I loved this show and was genuinely heartbroken when it was cancelled. I need some closure!! Tell me why Henry is the way he is, how he beats Adam and how the rest of the story goes. Does he end up with Jo? Does she ever truly know all? What about Abe? Looking for a mainly happy epilogue-ish story!
3. White Christmas (1954) - Movie
This is my favorite movie of all time. I'm talking I've seen in several thousand times since I fell in love with it at age 3. I have gone through many a videocassette and DVD copy. My family still knows when I'm not feeling well because I will watch this on a running loop. ANYWAY, tell me what happens next with all my favorite folks. HAPPY ENDING ONLY PLEASE! :)
Thank you in advance for what I’m sure will be a lovely story. I am telling the absolute, complete truth when I say that whatever you give me will truly be a joy for me to read because it gives me more of a story/universe that I love. I hope you and yours have a wonderful holiday season. Happy Yuletide!
