Ok, so three hours, three hundred dollars, three pairs of slacks, three sweaters, three tank top/camisoles, six shirts and two necklaces later, I am finally finished shopping. And everything goes with everything else, so I think I have plenty of outfits to last me for a little while.
I am feeling much better today, and am glad that I waited an extra day before I went. My mom came with me, and I am so glad that she did. It really helped to have an extra opinion and an extra pair of eyes to spot things. She picked out things that I would have never gone for, but I ended up really liking them!
I also did my makeup again today, which I think really helped for me to see how the outfit would look. I think that was my problem last time I went shopping, I couldn't get over the fact that I didn't look 'put together'.
Overall, it was a successful day. Now I just need to finish the laundry, make myself a little dinner and have a relaxing evening at home.
